My senior mom and I are so enjoying taking walks, looking at which neighborhood houses are for sale or rent, watching for yard sales, and getting cute gardening ideas along the way. I am also thoroughly enjoying taking photos of various lovely flowers and plants with my easy to use digital camera.
Aren't these gorgeous red flowers delightful for anyone's landscaping designs? How are your senior parents' gardening projects? Do some of the more difficult plants need to be exchanged for low maintenance, but still pretty plants and flowers? Those are a big help for healthy, active, and successful senior aging in place at home.
You'll find more lovely photos of flowers for landscaping designs ideas at Sweet Shot Tuesday and Rednesday. :) Enjoy!
P.S. What your favorite shade of flowers? We'd love to hear.
P.P.S. Looking for an easy to use digital camera for seniors? I LOVE my Canon Powershot, which really is very easy to use AND gives me image stabilization which helps make up for my occasionally shaky hands.
And for all of us who love PINK things – inside or outside our homes, they even have some cameras that are PINK.

Hi Susan, Thank you
You and my senior mom would have such a fun time talking gardening, LaVoice. And it’s such fun and physical senior citizen activities which means we all stay healthier along with those lovely flowers AND our landscaping designs look terrific too – great win win win
