Seasonal Treasures for Multigenerational Families

Maintaining our homes – outside as well as in – is vital to the health and hapiness of our multigenerational families, not to mention a great way to make it easier to sell them when the time comes for that. And that often includes growing flowers, caring for lawns, taking care of hedges, etc.

The landscape of our home is important for a time but Gods Word is even more longlasting and vital

It's important to remember, though, that as delightful as these all can be, they are only here for a season. But as Isaiah 40:8 remind us, God, and His living Word are here for an eternity. A sweet treasure for our whole Sandwich Generation family! Have a blessed and beautiful week!

That looks like a lovely spot.  Great pairing with the verse.  Thanks for sharing it with us this weekend. 🙂

Dear Kaye

and the joy of knowing that He is making everything new for all eternity; a new neaten and new earth and also glorious bodies for us all!.

Lovely image and true words! Blessings of peace to you and yours!

Glory to God for his word!! Thanks for the reminder that everything else we can put our hope in will fade away. But God is always constant and his word stands to always guide us.

Perfect image/scripture pairing! Such a peaceful looking place!

So true, for everything in our world.  If I catch myself paying too much attention to things, I stop and turn away from what I label "noise" and refocus.  Isaiah is perfect for that!  Beautiful bench image!

It's comforting to know that when all else fade, His word stand eternal.  Blessings!

Thank God for His Word. 🙂 Blessings ~

I've been in Isaiah this week too. Thanks for this reminder about what truly matters, what truly lasts.

Thank you Diane 🙂

Amen and AMEN! Cathy!
