Twisted Take On Scripture for The Sandwich Generation

Moving to a new home is not easy. Moving to a whole new state is even tougher. Throw in helping elderly parents in the process, maybe a grandkid or two, and you have a whole "passel" of the Sandwich Generation moving issues! I totally understand and thoroughly enjoyed using these ginormous Koi fish to share words of encouragemnt with you!

Whether then you eat or drink or provide caregiving for elderly
parents or babysit grandkids or work at your job or move to a new
home, do ALL to the glory of God

Life in the Sandwich Generation ain't easy – and neither is moving! But when we make God the primary focus of our lives, it makes all the difference in the world!

Spiritual Sunday for praise and worship hymn songs and music or photos from my easy to use digital camera

Say it Saturday has news and fun info for boomers and seniors and is a delightful place to visit each week

Fun for grandparents whether at home or out and about at the Grand Social

P.S. I can also help you with the nitty gritty details of buying or selling your home as part of the move. If you are here in Roseville, CA, CALL KAYE at 657-229-KAYE or email me at [email protected] – if you live elsewhere, I'd still love to help you find a good agent in YOUR neck of the woods. So do give me a buzz. And enjoy the words of encouragement. πŸ™‚

When my mother first moved in with us after her stroke, a guy stopped to speak to me when he saw her pitching a fit at Home Depot because we were buying handles to install in the bathroom over the tub. "What you are doing is a marvelous thing. She may not understand it, but she is lucky to have you." I can only imagine he was speaking from experience. He made my day.

I think your picture turned out great! Khoi are such neat fish and so many colors and patterns — just like us!

How sweet of him!Β And you’ve made mine, Carol. I know that feeling as well πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚ Thanks!Β

Thanks, Kc! As you can tell, they were excellent models (I suspect they hoped for food instead of photos but I was happy πŸ™‚ ).

Wow! What an undertaking! Where have you all moved to?  I love how you find the perfect photos to fit the most inspiring verses!

Luck and good wishes

Joan
