Sunflowers keep their focus on God just as the Sandwich Generation needs to do

Hi, Welcome to my blog about real estate information, articles, tips and news for seniors and boomers dealing with the issues of caring for the elderly parents and relatives in your families. Many of you may also be handling multigenerational needs since you are still raising children or babysitting grandchildren – putting you squarely in the Sandwich Generation.

As a REALTOR in Roseville CA and a fellow caregiver of elderly parents, I have first hand experience at dealing with all of these issues and more and use that expertise, along with my extensive computer, internet, and social media experience to help my clients with their real estate needs – in person and through blogging.

My goal with SandwichINK Real Estate Info is to blog about interesting and useful real estate information and news for boomers and seniors caring for elderly parents. I cover topics such as eldercare, aging in place, grandparents, the Baby Boomers Generation, the Sandwich Generation issues, etc. – in general and in real estate. There's also a lot of garden talk going on around here as my senior mom LOVES gardening and finding easy landscaping designs for our senior parents is a good way to help them stay phsyciall and emotionally healthier as well as maintain their home, in case they ever need to sell it.

Real estate news articles of interest for all of us boomers and seniors can also include a variety of other topics including  active, independent, and critical care senior retirement communities. While one senior parent lives with me, another lives on their own at a distance, and other relatives have moved into various care facilities. Just as with so many things in life, there is no one perfect solution to anything, and the more we know, the more we can help our aging parents with positive choices.

My goal is to create a useful website to help us all in dealing with property investments and safe and happy living environments for ourselves and those we care for.
